Great expections ...

Great expections for Belgium's children.
6th of December is Saint Nicolas' day in Belgium. The evening before children put a shoe with carrot, turnip or sugar lump in front of the fire place for the Saint's horse or donkey and when the little ones sleep tight the Holy Man will drop sweets and toys through the chimney for those that have behaved well .........
