To read and to meet ...

If time permits I love to read. The years that I've read many classics from Dickens to Dostojevski are now bygone and I'm enjoying a good psychological thriller. Since then I've discovered a Flemish writer whose plots and style have become my favourites. Whenever I read one of his books not even a nightingale can distract me. He was nominated on the shortlist (one Belgian and five Dutch authors) for "The Diamond Bullet" prize. I was lucky to be invited to the event and meet Patrick De Bruyn in person. He's not only an excellent writer but a charming person as well.
I wish him all the luck in the world for his books to come !
