A beautiful church

A beautiful church, apart from our cathedral, is this baroc style one, St. Carolus-Borromeus situated in the heart of old Antwerp.
P.P.Rubens played an important part in the decoration of the facade. However, 39 of the ceiling paintings, work of his studio were lost in a fire in 1718.
